The MTOS offers classes that are active, hands-on and focus on both content and process. Our classes also tie in directly to broader educational goals and objectives required of public education in each state. To assist teachers and administrators, we have outlined the ways our courses meet state curriculum objectives. While the listings are not complete, they do show the range of subject areas covered and some of the content depth.
We are very serious about the work we do. We know that residential outdoor education at the Mountain Trail Outdoor School is pertinent, valuable and fun. If you need more assistance convincing others to support your educational field trip to MTOS please let us know!
