KANUGA SPONSORS A WIDE RANGE OF CONFERENCES

From Vestry conferences to youth events to Liturgical Arts, Kanuga-sponsored conferences provide education, renewal and refreshment to more than 3,000 guests each year. We cover a broad range of subjects, one of which is certain to interest you.

The Kanuga Program Committee works to develop an interesting and inviting selection of conferences. This committee, made up of 20 members from nine states, meets twice a year to consider proposals and to develop and refine existing ideas. If you are interested in proposing a conference, please send a detailed description to , program director.

Kanuga Knitting and Quilting Retreat

A unique opportunity to be creative, unwind and reflect in Kanuga’s peaceful mountain setting. A variety of classes will be offered for knitters of all skills levels. Kanuga Garden Conference

For gardeners or anyone interested in spiritual growth. Keynoter: The Rev. Nancy Roth of Oberlin, Ohio, is a spiritual director and author with a special interest in the relationship of Christian faith and ethics to environmental issues. Her recent books include Grounded in Love: Ecology, Faith and Action and Organic Prayer.

To inspire listening to God in the midst of our daily lives, this retreat combines day hikes, light yoga and meditation each morning and a short program each evening.
