Healing and Wholeness Retreat

Breathe. See. Nourish. Energize.
April 25-28, 2010

In challenging times, we are all encouraged to live in God's abundance and joy rather than retreat into fear and a sense of scarcity.

But how can we do this when things fall apart or when the sometimes turbulent streams of life simply exhaust us?

Kanuga’s inaugural Healing and Wholeness Retreat hopes to offer some answers by inviting you to breathe in God's presence and reconnect with yourself by nourishing and nurturing your physical health.

Learn daily practices that can liberate you into living the grace-filled lives God intends for all of us as well as several techniques for breathing deeply and intentionally during times of stress to better experience the healing balm of guided meditations.

The fundamentals of holistic nutrition will be presented. Mindful walks in the nearby woods will round out this transforming experience.

By breathing in God's presence and seeing who we are as beloved children of God, we can better offer our gifts back to the world and energize ourselves as well as those surrounding us.
