Meet the Director

Christine Murawski

Christine Murawski took the helm of Camp Kanuga's Trailblazer Adventures in 2009. With an extensive background in high adventure activities, she also serves as Kanuga's adventure programs manager, maintaining campus rock climbing and ropes course sites and equipment and training camp and outdoor education staff in high adventure activities.

She joined the Kanuga staff as an instructor at the Mountain Trail Outdoor School in February 2008 and was soon promoted to senior instructor. That year, she also served as the summer adventure programs coordinators, training and overseeing Camp Bob, Camp Kanuga and conference center staff in all high adventure programs.

Before coming to Kanuga, she taught environmental education and lead teambuilding programs at Shaver’s Creek Environmental Center, an outreach program of The Pennsylvania State University. She holds a bachelor's degree in recreation, park and tourism management from Penn State.
