If you are interested in scheduling your group for an adventure activity, please .

Climbing: The 50 foot climbing tower and nearby bouldering wall provide a chance for personal challenge, decision making, group support and encouragement. Another choice for climbing is the rock quarry climbing site where participants get the feel of real rock with a choice of three different climbs. During inclement weather, the indoor climbing wall in St. Paul's Colhoun Gymnasium may be available.

High Ropes: There are three high ropes courses at Kanuga with challenges that include names like The Catwalk, Earthquake Bridge and Pirate's Crossing. Each course gives participants the opportunity to face challenges individually, or sometimes with a partner, but always with the support and encouragement of the group.

Challenge Course: Our low challenge course includes activities that help groups get to know each other, communicate effectively and grow together.
